Information we collect
This may include your name, contact details, vehicle details, registration, service location, booking preferences and information you choose to include in an enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to contact you, assess requested work, prepare quotes and invoices, schedule services, maintain vehicle service records and operate our business.
Storage and notifications
Enquiry details are retained inside our protected management portal. Email alerts for new website enquiries contain only a generic notification and do not include customer or vehicle details. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, authentication, communications or business operations, only where reasonably required to provide those services or where required by law.
Retention, access and correction
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, legal, accounting and operational purposes. You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask questions about how it is handled.
Website analytics
We may record general website activity such as page views, referral source, device category and time of visit to improve the site. We use a Google tag to measure whether an advertisement leads to a completed booking or enquiry. Enhanced conversions are not enabled, so this measurement is not configured to send form email addresses or phone numbers to Google. We do not use analytics information to infer sensitive personal characteristics.
Recent Jobs
We do not intentionally publish customer names, contact details, registration plates, addresses, faces, documents or other customer-identifying information in Recent Jobs.
